Recorded in 1999, The Lost Congress Sessions are live recordings from the rehearsals of the band Koyaanisqatsi, whose practice space was located just behind Congress Ave. in downtown Tucson, AZ. Volume II: The Miracle Mile is a collection of spontaneous jams captured for posterity on a tape deck.
